Response to your raised concern

Dear Resident

Following concerns being raised by the community about an adult purchasing alcohol and vapes for under 18s, yesterday we issued an individual with a fixed penalty notice for purchasing alcohol for a minor and a Community Protection Warning to not have minors in the address without a parent or guardian present and not to purchase any item for a minor without a parent or guardian present.
