Dear Resident

On Monday 27th July at around 01:45 hours a resident on Clegg Avenue has reported that he has briefly been outside his property to take something to the bin and when he has gone back inside he has found an unknown male stood in the hallway of his property. When challenged, the male has run away. The male is described as a white male, mid 20's, dark hair which was wavy on top. He was wearing white clothing and trainers.
