Attempt vehicle theft

Good afternoon.

An attempted vehicle theft occurred on Cog Lane near the top towards Rossendale Road on Wednesday 7 July between 01:15am and 01:30am.

We are particularly keen to identify two males wearing dark clothing who were seen riding an e-bike in the area at the time of the incident.

If you live on, or near, Cog Lane and have any footage covering this time period, please check your recordings for any suspicious individuals, vehicles, or activity that may assist our enquiries.
