What a great Community Policing weekend we have had...It has been a warm one but a thoroughly enjoyable one! ☀️
Friday we were invited to Haslingden Primary School annual Summer Fair. We took the carrier and our hats and shields for the children to try on as well as look around the carrier. The children were as always polite and asked some great questions!
Sunday, we attended Tesco, Rawtenstall along with our colleagues from Lancashire Fire and Rescue looking at Road Safety and their Alive to Drive campaign. We had the Mobile Police Station with the Xbox set up for people to have a go on a driving game and then have a go wearing the impaired "beer" goggles. Lancashire Fire also did a demonstration on how they cut passengers of a Road Traffic Collision out of a vehicle.
