Keep your hob clear to help prevent kitchen fires |
||
|
Picture-perfect kitchens can still hide real fire risks.
A vase of artificial flowers, cookbooks, tea towels or other decorative items might seem like harmless additions to your kitchen, but your hob should only ever be used for cooking.
Even when you're not preparing a meal, a hob can still be hot or be accidentally switched on. Items left on top can quickly become a fire hazard.
A clear hob is a safer hob.
If it's not for cooking, it doesn't belong on your hob.
Keep it clean. Keep it clear. | ||
