Damage to the public toilets

Dear Resident

I am investigating the damage to the gents toilets in Whalley Bus Station however I need to try and narrow down the timescale as to when the damage occurred in order to conduct some CCTV enquiries. It was initially suggested that the damage was caused on Friday the 20th March however it is now believed the toilets were also in a state on the Thursday. If anyone has seen anything or uses the gents toilets frequently and can say when the damage was caused please let me know by reply.
