Acquisitive Crime

Across West Division we are seeing a spike in Theft and Burglaries were offenders are targeting Quad Bikes, 4x4's, power tools, fishing equipment and building materials. The locations that are targeted are often secluded,  predominantly rural out-buildings, sheds and garages. Access is forced, removing padlocks before items from within are taken. Please remain vigilant, consider your current security measures and report any suspicious activity or vehicles. If you believe a crime is in progress, call 999, otherwise please report it on 101 or online via Report a crime | Lancashire Constabulary.
