Hope the following helps : Issues Parking Services can enforce : Parking in a residents only areaParking on double yellow linesParking on single yellow linesParking where there is a loading ban in place – marked with a single or double kerb barsParking in a loading bayParking in a taxi bayParking in a bus stopParking on zigzag lines outside schoolsParked on white pedestrian zigzag markingsParking in a disabled badge holders only bayDropped kerbsParking in alleys where there are double yellow lines or it’s included in a resident’s parking areaVehicles blocking the footpath where there are double or single yellow lines Issues Police can enforce : Dangerous parkingParking in an alley where there aren’t double yellow lines or it’s not included in a residential parking areaCausing an obstructionUntaxed vehicle/No MOT/Uninsured ( if vehicle is being driven)Parked vehicles blocking the footpath Further information on abandoned vehicles can be found on the Blackpool Council website. |
