You said, we did - illegal e-bikes

Good afternoon, 

Illegal use of e-bikes and e-scooters is an issue that you, the local community, report to us on a regular basis. 

Yesterday, Blackpool’s Neighbourhood Policing Team and Roads Policing Unit joined forces with Trading Standards, Immigration, Blackpool Council and other partners to crack down on nuisance driving across Blackpool. 

In total, 56 illegal e-bikes, motorbikes, scooters and illegally adapted cycles were seized.

This was mostly under section 165 of the Road Traffic Act for not having insurance or a license.
