Vehicle Crime St Annes

We have received several reports of a lone male trying car door handles in St Annes during the early hours of the morning. These incidents have occurred on Sandringham Road, Alexandria Drive and Curzon Road. 

Fylde Rural Task Force are currently investigating these offences and reviewing CCTV footage to try and identify the male involved. 

We will be increasing our visibility within these areas and utilising our stop search powers when necessary. 

We advise you to double check your vehicles are locked overnight and not to leave any valuables inside. 

If you see any suspicious behaviour or an offence in progress, we encourage you to report this via 999. 

If the incident is not ongoing, or you have CCTV footage which you believe might assist us with our enquiries, we ask you to report this via 101 or via our online reporting system.
