Hurst Grange Park Update

I wanted to provide you with an update regarding ASB - Nuisance (When a person causes trouble, annoyance or suffering to a community), which people around your area have highlighted as an issue of concern on the priority survey.

Your voices have been heard, Penwortham!

🌳 Following recent concerns about Hurst Grange Park, we are taking action. Our team has been working behind the scenes to make improvements.

✔️ What we’ve done:

• Consulted our Designing Out Crime Officer
• Worked with the Parks and Open Spaces Team
• Engaged with South Ribble Community Safety and Safeguarding Lead
• Arranged Community Outreach
• New Section 59 Off-Road Motorbike Zones Proposed
• Regular High visibility patrols in the Park

🎯 The Result? We’ve identified key improvement areas and are actively addressing anti-social behaviour hotspots and the persons responsible.

Your park, your safety, our priority.

What would you like to see improved in our local areas? Let us know in the comments! 👇
