Good evening, All, 

As of recent Thornton-Cleveleys Neighbourhood Team have been made aware of some issues when it comes to the local schools drop off and pick up times. After contacting local schools, the main issue seems to be parking. This is just a reminder that when parking just ensure that you are not causing an obstruction, nor are you parked on the zig-zag lines or any double yellows. 

Not only does this pose a danger to yourself and other road users but it also puts the children at risk.  As of today, local PCSO's attended your local school Manor Beach Primary. When present today there was no issues and the general parking seemed to be okay. We will continue to attend in order to ensure that the children are kept safe when going to and from school.
