Branden Queen was arrested yesterday and charged with 9 shoplifting offences. 

He appeared in Court today and was sentenced to 6 weeks in prison and given a criminal behaviour order.

the conditions are

Criminal Behaviour Order made for 2 Years. Provisions: Prohibitions: 

1. Not to enter any Aldi in Burnley including their car parks

2. Not to enter any Spar in Burnley including their car parks

3. Not to enter Kitchens Garage including the forecourt

4. Not to enter Anchor Retail Park Burnley
