Good evening, 

I have been out and about on foot in the area of Chatsworth and Beach Road this afternoon, following up on several reports of theft from motor vehicles. I have engaged with the victims and other households and so far, from CCTV, we have identified a male wearing all black clothing, quite tall around 6 foot committing these crimes at around 06:00, early hours of yesterday morning (Sunday).

Did you see anything? Do you have any CCTV you can check around these times? Reply to this message if you do and let me know.

Can I also remind you to keep cars locked and valuables inside where possible. I know its easy to forget sometimes.
