Hello Resident,

You're receiving this email to inform you about recent activity within your area. On the 14th MARCH 2025 during the early hours of the morning multiple vehicles have been targeted several people have had items stolen from inside insecure vehicles in different locations these being CARDIGAN AVE and CONWAY DRIVE. 

Timeframe - 14th - 0220-0320hrs.

I am requesting for anyone with CCTV that covers the area to please review their footage for any suspicious activity, if you have motion sensors or a ring doorbell please review when possible, I have seen footage from some residents in the area but nothing that will help us identify the male. 

If you have any information or CCTV that may assist us identifying the offender, please reply to this email or call 101 quoting "LC-20250314-0183".

Double check your vehicle is locked and all valuables have been removed, these offender(s) are opportunists so do not give them a reason to target yourself!
