Good Afternoon,

Yesterday, two of our Officers from the Ormskirk Neighbourhood Police Team attended St Bede's School and delivered a Knife Crime input to over 150 students. The sessions looked at the consequences of knife crime, First Aid and potential sentences for knife offences. 

Despite the very sensitive subject, there was great engagement from all involved and pupils actively engaged in all sessions. We believe education at an early age is a great tool to tackling the knife crime in the County.
