I would like to make you aware of a report we have received from a resident whereby her dogs ashes were taken from her car. Unusually, but thankfully these were returned with a note apologising for taking them.

Please make sure you leave you car secured at all times and don't have any items on display to allow people the opportunity to try your door handles in the hope that the car is insecure.

Thankfully , on this occasion someone had a conscience BUT somebody else may not have.
