We want to let you know about a report of burglaries in the Wyre area and ask for your help and offer some advice.

Yesterday (Wednesday 22nd January) we received a report of three residential burglaries, on West Drive, Mayfield Avenue and Pinewood Avenue.

It was reported the burglaries happened between 07:30am and 6:30pm whereby entries have been gained via the rear of the properties.

High visibility patrols will be stepped up in the area and any information whether that be CCTV, Doorbell footage or suspicious activity please contact 101.

Can I please ask that residents remove wheelie bins or any items that could be readily used to allow offenders to climb over fences and gates.
