This morning officers from the Rawtenstall Neighbourhood Policing team have been involved in carrying out speed enforcement on Newchurch Rd 

this is in response to residents complaints in regards to speeding traffic in this area

several motorists were pulled over and given advice in relation to their speed but we are happy to report that no driver was above the threshold for formal enforcement action (tickets)
