Good Afternoon,

We received a call from LFRS on the 7th at 19:40 to reports of a large bin fire to the rear of the old youth centre in Padiham town centre.  Thankfully the fire was quickly extinguished preventing it from spreading to the near by buildings and residencies.

This was an intentional act believed to have been caused by young people.  This is not the first report of this nature at this location and we need information.  Alongside LFRS we want to educate and support young people around the dangers but also offer diversionary opportunities to prevent such incidents.
