Dear Resident

We are appealing for parents to know where their children are.

There has been a large group of children causing anti-social behaviour problems near the health centre on Union road Oswaldtwistle.

Some of these youths will be local and parents may not be aware its their child.

We are asking for your help by simply identifying where your children are and if they are part of this group.

If they are please advice them to stop causing the problems and find a more positive direction with our support.
