It's been monstrously busy which is just normal. I would have very much liked to have sent a message before Christmas but I suppose the New Year message will have to do!

I do hope you had a good, peaceful Christmas. Unfortunately I know some of you won't have and we'll keep working to try and rectify that in the New Year.

Even though I may not speak to you or you may not hear from me I am thinking about my duties on the ward constantly.
