Good Afternoon, 

We received a large amount of intel from our residents across the Pendle area for shops selling fireworks to underage youths. We of course take this intel very seriously. We reached out to Trading Standards who have targeted numerous shops from your intel and have found at least one of those shops to have failed the test and sold fireworks to the 15 year olds. 

Investigations are now ongoing by Trading Standards. Should there be a prosecution I will update you further.
