I have been tasked with looking into a complaint of ASB (anti social behaviour) on Rusking Ave in Colne.

There apears to be a group of about 10/ 15 youths who are targeting a specific address, knocking on the door and pointing laser pens in windows the residents are elderly and have poor health.

I have been given names of 5 of these youths (I will be attending local schools to obtain parents details and home addresses) who will be brought into the police stn and spoken to about their behaviour, due to the amout of complaints we could be looking and a criminal conviction for “Harassment” if this does not stop.
