Dear Resident

We are investigating an attempt burglary which happened at 03:00hrs on the 10th of September.

One male was seen trying to enter through tye back door of the property on Springhill Road.

They were disturbed and ran away.

Police attended the area within minutes of the call, unfortunately we weren't able to track the male down.

Please keep your doors, back gates car doors and windows secure at all times tand make it harder for criminals to target.

Report anything you feel is untoward to 999 if the threat is high or 101 if the incident has passed.

We will continue to step up our patrols in the area .
