We are investigating after discovering a large cannabis grow in Burnley yesterday (5th September 2024). We attended a property on Coal Clough Lane with bailiffs after reports of suspicious activity and the smell of cannabis. We uncovered a three-floor cannabis farm, and there was evidence that the electricity had been bypassed. Electricity North West attended to ensure the area was safe.
