Residents of Oswaldtwistle, 

Neighbourhood officers, in collaboration with Police Volunteers, have been conducting operations in Moscow Mill, Oswaldtwistle, to address community concerns about speeding in the 20 MPH zone.

Utilizing speed gun, they monitored traffic and observed 336 vehicles passing the check point within one hour. Of these, 59 vehicles exceeded the speed limit, with the heist recorded speed 38 MPH.
