Today, members of Burnley neighbourhood team have gone out to various locations in Padiham with the Speed Gun.

Padiham Road, near to Stephenson Drive was one area in particular that had been brought to our attention by Counsellor Hosker. 

4 members of the public received tickets or summons for speeding on a 30mph road in a 30minute period. They varied from 38mph to 50mph.

Lakeland Way was also covered which captured 3 people travelling above 25mph in a 20mph zone.

They also attended Ightenhill Road and found no-one to be speeding.
