Good Morning

Tuesday afternoon we carried out another local speeding operation on Lakeland way,

This is in response to residents complaints that Motorists are going to fast on that road, and pervious operations which show high speeds on this road, 

We carried out checks on 105 Vehicles and found 31 above the speed limit in a 1hour period,

One vehicle doing 41 in a 20 zone ! over double the speed limit.

The owners of these vehicle's will be hearing from us soon,

We are concentrating on this and other roads due to residents complaints and previous speed operations that clearly show the excess speed on theses roads. 

It is 20 for a reason please don't speed !! 

Better to get there late than not at all !!
